Youfone Zakelijk’s ambition is to gather market share in the business market in the Netherlands with a focus on a high quality for a fair price. Most recently, the market had seen some big shift with provider merging or leaving. As a result, only a limited number of providers served the Dutch market. Although Youfone is a well-known and well respected brand in the consumer market, it basically starts from scratch in the business market. Youfone’s marketing team has the full focus on the consumer market and lacks B2B specific marketing expertise and experience.
The main business challenge is to position their brand with the target audience. Youfone zakelijk’s business model is based on partnerships with IT- and Telecom service providers. These provider operate locally and act as resellers to their customers. Youfone Zakelijk had the ambition to attract and contract 50 business partner in their first year of business.
